This Course shows the student how to take the Chinese Approach to Health and Wellness with a concentration on Chinese Dietary Therapy, Chinese Herbs and Anmo Gong.

Course Outline:

Chinese understanding of health compared to the

Western “scientific” understanding of health (4 hours)

Chinese Medical Modalities:

Chinese Dietary Therapy (12 hours)

Chinese Herbs overview (2 hours)

Anmo Gong – (Chinese form of Self-Massage) (8 hours)

Demonstrations of Cupping and Moxibustion (2 hours)

Qi Gong (Chinese Yoga overview) (12 hours)

Putting everything together

Supplies: The student will provide all incidental supplies needed for this course (paper, pens, notebooks).
