The goal of this program is to enhance an understanding of holistic nutrition and appropriate dietary therapies. Students will learn applications of specific nutritional components to support the body. Based on the Naturopathic premise that, “Food should be your medicine and your medicine should be your food”, students will learn natural holistic health concepts that can be easily understood, implemented and conveyed to others. After completion of this course, the students will receive a Certificate in Holistic Nutritional Consultation (HNC) which can be used to help themselves, their family, community or clients.
